CHAPTER 243 AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE JURISDICTION OF LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITIES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 59 of chapter 140 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1986 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the last sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- The parties shall have all rights of appeal as in other cases.
