Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
SECTION 1. The town treasurer of the town of Tisbury is hereby authorized to pay from available funds to William Dias the sum of eight thousand nine hundred sixty-three dollars and seventy-six cents for clean fill, notwithstanding the failure of said town to comply with the appropriate provisions of law relative to competitive bidding in the awarding of the contract.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect on its passage.
