CHAPTER 25 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF FRANKLIN TO REIMBURSE CERTAIN MONIES PAID IN ERROR AS REAL ESTATE TAXES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
SECTION 1. The town of Franklin is hereby authorized to reimburse Donald F. Van Leeuwen the sum of four hundred and forty-nine dollars and eighty-five cents and the interest thereon paid to said town as real estate taxes in error for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and eighty-seven on property described as parcel 83-1-1 on the assessors map for said town.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
