Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. There shall be established in the town of Hopkinton a board of water and sewer commissioners which shall be the successors to the board of water commissioners and shall be elected in like manner. Said water and sewer commissioners shall have all the powers of water commissioners and sewer commissioners as provided in the General Laws and shall have exclusive charge and control of the water department and systems and the sewer department and systems, subject to by-law and such rules and regulations as the town meeting may, from time to time, adopt.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
