Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
Chapter 6 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 12NN, inserted by chapter 126 of the acts of 1989, the following section:-
Section 12 OO. The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart April twenty-eighth as Exercise Tiger Day in recognition of the thirty thousand servicemen who left Truro, England on an exercise mission for the D-Day invasion and recommending that said day be observed in an appropriate manner by the people.
