Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The city of Leominster is hereby authorized to appropriate for the payment of, and after such appropriation the treasurer of said city is hereby authorized to pay to, Leominster Plumbing & Heating Co., Inc., a Massachusetts corporation, an unpaid bill incurred by the school department of said city and totalling twenty-three thousand one dollars and sixty-one cents said bill being legally unenforceable against said city, notwithstanding the failure of said city to comply with the appropriate provisions of law relating to competitive bidding in awarding the contract.
