Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The town of Westminster is hereby authorized to transfer from the land known as Hager park a certain parcel of land to the cemetery department of said town for use for cemetery purposes, which parcel of land is shown on a plan entitled: "Plan of Land in the Town of Westminster owned by the Town of Westminster Hager Park Commission to be transferred to the Town of Westminster Board of Cemetery Commissioners, surveyed by the Worcester County Engineering Dept., Submitted March 8, 1989, Scale: 1 inch = 80 ft." which plan is to be recorded in northern district registry of deeds in Worcester county.
