Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. All actions taken by the town of Norton relative to Article 9 of a special town meeting held on August sixth, nineteen hundred and seventy-nine; Article 39 of the annual town meeting held on May seventh, nineteen hundred and eighty; and Articles 16 and 18 of the annual town meeting held on June sixth, nineteen hundred and eighty-one and all actions taken pursuant thereto are hereby validated, confirmed and ratified, notwithstanding any defect or omission.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
