CHAPTER 327 AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE LIMIT ON CREDIT CARDS ISSUED BY CREDIT UNIONS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
The third paragraph of subdivision (H) of section 24 of chapter 171 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1988 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 553, the words "fifteen hundred" and inserting in place thereof the words:- three thousand.
