Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
The first paragraph of section 64 of chapter 146 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1988 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the fourth sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- A mark of seventy percent shall be considered passing on any such written examination and such passing mark shall remain valid for a period of one year.
