CHAPTER 336 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF SWAMPSCOTT TO PAY A CERTAIN UNPAID BILL.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The town treasurer of the town of Swampscott is hereby authorized to pay from available funds to the George F. Cram Company, Inc. of Indianopolis, Indiana the sum of nineteen thousand five hundred ninety-four dollars and seventy-five cents for school supplies, notwithstanding the failure of said town to comply with the appropriate provisions of law relative to competitive bidding in the awarding of the contract.
