Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of section one of chapter thirty-two of the General Laws or any other general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, the retirement board of the city of Chelsea is hereby authorized and directed to credit as regular compensation for the purposes of said chapter thirty-two all monies received by John P. Dalis in his capacity as municipal census supervisor in said city for the calendar years nineteen hundred and eighty-five and nineteen hundred and eighty-six.
