CHAPTER 346 AN ACT PROVIDING THAT CERTAIN CALL FIRE FIGHTERS OF THE TOWN OF MANSFIELD SHALL BE ELIGIBLE FOR GROUP INSURANCE BENEFITS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law or rule to the contrary, any call fire fighter who has been retired by the board of selectmen of the town of Mansfield pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-five H of chapter thirty-two of the General Laws shall be deemed a retired employee for the purposes of chapter thirty-two B of the General Laws.
