CHAPTER 35 AN ACT DESIGNATING THE BRIDGE ON WEST CHESTNUT STREET IN THE CITY OF BROCKTON AS THE AMERICAN LEGION BROCKTON POST #35 MEMORIAL BRIDGE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
The bridge on West Chestnut street over state highway Route 24 and numbered 006 699 002 in the city of Brockton shall be designated and known as the American Legion Brockton Post #35 Memorial bridge, in recognition of the contribution of said post's past and present members to the defense of this nation and of said post's continuing work to help improve the community. The department of public works shall erect suitable markers bearing such designation in compliance with the standards of said department.
