Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The vote taken by the town of Lynnfield at the election held on April tenth, nineteen hundred and eighty-nine to exempt certain bonds from the annual tax limitations provided in section twenty-one C of chapter fifty-nine of the General Laws is hereby ratified, validated, and confirmed, notwithstanding any defect or omission in the calling of said election.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
