CHAPTER 37 AN ACT FURTHER REGULATING USE OF BLUE FLASHING LIGHTS ON CERTAIN MOTOR VEHICLES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
The sixth paragraph of section 7E of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1986 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "registrar", in line 62, the following words:- , (vi) a vehicle operated by a chaplain of a municipal police department while on official duty and only by authority of a permit issued by the registrar.
