Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 1. The town of Sandisfield is hereby authorized to reimburse to certain real property owners shown on a list on file in the office of the board of assessors of said town a sum totalling four thousand three hundred fifty-seven dollars and thirty-eight cents paid to said town as real estate taxes which were improperly levied. Said sum shall be paid from available funds.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
