Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the town of Blackstone is hereby authorized to reimburse Denis E. and Jane E. Glaude the sum of one thousand two hundred sixty-nine dollars and twenty-four cents thereon paid to said town as real estate taxes in error for the fiscal years nineteen hundred and eighty-two through nineteen hundred and eighty-eight on property described as Plot 4, Lot 33 on the Blackstone Assessor's Map.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
