Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The town treasurer of the town of Milford is hereby authorized to pay from available funds to Braza Construction Company the sum of seven thousand five hundred dollars for labor and materials furnished to the Milford high school notwithstanding the failure of said town to comply with the appropriate provisions of law relative to competitive bidding in the awarding of the contract.
