CHAPTER 418 AN ACT FURTHER REGULATING APPLICATIONS FOR DETERMINATIONS OF NEED.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The fifth paragraph of section 25C of chapter 111 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1988 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the second sentence.
