Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 2 of chapter 62E of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1988 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- The commissioner may require any employer with twenty-five hundred employees or more, and having the capability to submit such information on machine-readable magnetic tape, to submit such information in machine-readable form in accordance with specifications provided by said commissioner.
