CHAPTER 451 AN ACT DESIGNATING THE LIBERTY STREET BRIDGE IN THE TOWN OF BRAINTREE THE WARREN C. DRISCOLL MEMORIAL BRIDGE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The bridge on Liberty street in the town of Braintree extending over railroad tracks shall be designated and known as the Warren C. Driscoll Memorial Bridge, in honor of Warren C. Driscoll of said town of Braintree. The department of public works shall erect suitable markers bearing such designation in compliance with the standards of said department.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
