CHAPTER 452 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF BOXFORD TO PAY A CERTAIN UNPAID BILL TO KILLAM CONSTRUCTION CO., INC.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
The town of Boxford is hereby authorized to appropriate money for the payment of and after such appropriation the treasurer of said town is authorized to pay to Killam Construction Co., Inc. a sum not to exceed six thousand two hundred ninety-three dollars and twenty-two cents.
