CHAPTER 454 AN ACT AUTHORIZING COMPENSATING BALANCE AGREEMENTS UP TO THREE YEARS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
The first paragraph of section 53F of chapter 44 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1988 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 3 and 4, the words "one year" and inserting in place thereof the words:- three years.
