CHAPTER 464 AN ACT RELATIVE TO ASSAULTS ON EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIANS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 13I of chapter 265 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1988 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "assault", in line 1, the words:- or assault and battery.
