CHAPTER 47 AN ACT EXTENDING THE PERIOD OF TIME FOR WHICH CERTAIN LAND IN NORFOLK COUNTY MAY BE USED AS A TEMPORARY MINIMUM SECURITY ALTERNATIVE CORRECTIONAL CENTER.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
SECTION 1. The second paragraph of section 1 of chapter 109 of the acts of 1987 is hereby amended by striking out, in line 2, the word "eighty-nine" and inserting in place thereof the word:- ninety-one.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
