Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The town of Plymouth is hereby authorized to acquire an easement in certain park land in said town for the purposes of constructing and maintaining an interceptor sewer.

Said easement is shown on a plan entitled "Proposed Sewer Easement, Brewster Park-Water Street, Plymouth, Massachusetts", a copy of which is on file in the office of the Plymouth Department of Public Works-Engineering Division, Frederick J. Smith, Town Engineer and dated August 30, 1989.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
