Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 20 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1988 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 74, the word "year" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- twelve month period.

SECTION 2. Said section 20 of said chapter 90, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by inserting after the word "eighteen", in line 75, the following words:- said violation having occurred in the same year.
