CHAPTER 498 AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE GRANTING OF BILLIARD LICENSES IN THE CITY OF REVERE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
Notwithstanding the provisions of section one hundred and seventy-seven of chapter one hundred and forty of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the licensing commission of the city of Revere is hereby authorized to grant a license for the keeping of billiard, pool or sippio tables or rooms in the city of Revere pursuant to the provisions of said section one hundred and seventy-seven of said chapter one hundred and forty.
