Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of section six of chapter one hundred and eleven C of the General Laws or any other general or special law or rule to the contrary, the department of public health is hereby authorized and directed to certify Gerard Caruso as an emergency medical technician until and including December thirty-first, nineteen hundred and eighty-nine; provided, however, that he first has been determined to have completed the supplementary course in emergency medical care approved by said department pursuant to the provisions of said chapter one hundred and eleven C.

SECTION 2. The provisions of section one shall take effect as of January first, nineteen hundred and eighty-eight.

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
