CHAPTER 532 AN ACT FURTHER REGULATING WAGERS MADE AT RACING MEETINGS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The second paragraph of section 5 of chapter 128A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1988 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- All wagers shall be in money and no credit shall be extended to any person making such wagers.
