CHAPTER 533 AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE TOWN OF HANSON WATER SUPPLY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Chapter 320 of the special acts of 1916 is hereby amended by inserting after section 6 the following section:-

Section 6A. The town of Hanson may enter upon any lands within said town for the purpose of making surveys, test pits and borings and may take or otherwise acquire the right to occupy temporarily any lands necessary for the construction of any work or for any other purpose authorized by sections one to six, inclusive. Without limiting the foregoing, the town shall have in addition all powers as are now or may be hereafter provided for in towns which have established a water supply pursuant to the provisions of section thirty-nine A of chapter forty of the General Laws.
