Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The town of Dover, acting by and through its board of selectmen, is hereby authorized to convey to Elizabeth Reese a certain parcel of park land. Said parcel of land is shown as Lots 32, 33, 37 and 38 on a plan of land entitled "Plan showing Land belonging to Chester A. Bigelow" Dover, Massachusetts, dated August 1, 1909, Arthur P. French, Surveyor, recorded with the registry of deeds in the county of Norfolk in Plan Book 60, Plan 2865.

SECTION 2. In consideration of the conveyance, authorized by section one, said Elizabeth Reese shall convey to the town of Dover property of equal value to be held under the care, custody and control of the park and recreation commission of said town.

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
