Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Clause (4) of section 51B of chapter 119 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1988 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-

The department shall forward to the local law enforcement authorities in the town in which the child resides a copy of the report provided to the district attorney pursuant to this clause.
