CHAPTER 564 AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE INSTALLATION OF A CERTAIN PLAQUE ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE STATE HOUSE GARAGE, SO-CALLED.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
The George B. Henderson Foundation is hereby authorized to install a plaque commemorating the origin of the name "Derne Street" on the Derne street wall of the garage to be constructed on the east side of the state house annex.
The Massachusetts art commission and the Massachusetts historical commission, jointly, shall act in an advisory capacity with regard to the design and location of said plaque.
