CHAPTER 570 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF LINCOLN TO SELL WATER TO THE FORESTER ROAD DEVELOPMENT IN THE CITY OF WALTHAM.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
The town of Lincoln is hereby authorized to supply and sell water for domestic purposes and for the extinguishment of fires to that portion of the Forester road development, so-called, in the city of Waltham, which is contiguous to the town of Lincoln.
