Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of section twenty-one of chapter forty D of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the solid waste disposal and resource recovery agreement by and among the city of Pittsfield, Vicon Recovery Associates and Vicon Construction Co., Inc. dated February first, nineteen hundred and seventy-nine, as so amended, including the fourth amendment, is hereby ratified, validated and confirmed and shall be enforceable in accordance with the terms thereof.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
