Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The traffic islands located on North Main street in the city of Fall River, directly opposite the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, Post #118 shall be designated as Elks Square, in recognition of their one hundred years of contribution to the greater Fall River area.

SECTION 2. The department of public works shall erect a suitable marker bearing said designation in compliance with the standards of said department.
