CHAPTER 623 AN ACT FURTHER REGULATING THE PROCEDURE FOR THE COMMENCEMENT OF DIVORCES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 6B of chapter 208 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1988 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the first sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- An action for divorce shall be commenced in probate court by the filing of a complaint.
