Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The town of Sudbury acting by and through its board of selectmen is hereby authorized to convey a parcel of land presently designated as a play area to the Sudbury Water District of Sudbury for use by said district for public water supply purposes. Said parcel being that certain parcel of land designated as Parcel 239 on Town Property Map H07, off Blueberry Hill Lane, consisting of 1.6 acres, more or less, and further described in Book 8161, Page 583 in the southern district registry of deeds in the county of Middlesex.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
