CHAPTER 643 AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ANNUAL OBSERVANCE OF HOMELESS UNITY DAY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Chapter 6 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 12PP, inserted by chapter 506 of the acts of 1989, the following section:-

Section 12QQ. The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting aside February twentieth as Homeless Unity Day and recommending that such day be observed in an appropriate manner by the people.
