Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the town of Wilmington is hereby authorized to reimburse Frank and Mary Kaszynski the sum of three hundred thirty dollars and sixteen cents for a sewer assessment erroneously assessed to them by the water and sewer commissioners of said town.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
