Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The town of Ashland is hereby authorized to use a certain parcel of forest land located in said town for the purpose of erecting a water storage tank and providing access thereto. Said parcel is shown on a plan of land entitled "Town of Ashland, Massachusetts - Woodridge Lane Reservoir, prepared by S.E.A. Consultants, Inc., dated June 1, 1988 which is on file in the office of the town clerk of said town.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
