Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
The town of Sutton, acting by and through its conservation commission, is hereby authorized to lease, for a period of ninety-nine years a certain parcel of conservation land, with buildings thereon, presently under the care, custody and control of said commission to the Sutton Historical Society, Inc., said land being part of the so-called Waters' farm, said parcel being bounded and described as follows:
i1 Beginning at the southwesterly corner of the parcel to be conveyed at a point on the northerly sideline of Waters Road;
THENCE N.18<=30'E., six hundred (600) feet more or less to a point;
THENCE S.71<=30'E., two hundred fifty (250) feet more or less to a point;
THENCE S.26<=30'E., three hundred thirty (330) feet more or less to a point;
THENCE S.18<=30'W., two hundred forty (240) feet more or less to a point on the northerly sideline of Waters Road;
THENCE southwesterly and northwesterly along said sideline of Waters Road five hundred fifty (550) feet more or less to the point of beginning.
