CHAPTER 68 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF WILLIAMSBURG TO CONVEY A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
The town of Williamsburg, acting by and through its board of selectmen, is hereby authorized to convey a certain parcel of watershed land to Phillip E. Burrows, Daniel J. Burrows and Daniel G. Kirouac.
Said land is shown on a plan of land entitled "Plan of Land Situated in Williamsburg, Massachusetts made for the inhabitants of the town of Williamsburg" drawn by James Avery Smith, P.L.S., dated January 30, 1988. Said plan is on file with the water department of the town of Williamsburg.
