CHAPTER 683 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF QUINCY TO REIMBURSE BESSIE KIMMETT CERTAIN MONIES PAID AS REAL ESTATE TAXES TO SAID CITY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the city of Quincy is hereby authorized to reimburse Bessie Kimmett the sum of one hundred and seventy-five dollars, paid to said city as real estate taxes in error for fiscal year nineteen hundred and eighty-seven.
