Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, an easement taking by the metropolitan water and sewerage board dated October 10, 1901, for a sewer easement through land situated on Dewson road in the city of Quincy and recorded with the registry of deeds in the county of Norfolk, Book 906 Page 361 is hereby amended to exclude a portion of a certain parcel of land situated on the northerly side of said Dewson road being street number 59 and Lot Number 19 as shown on a plan drawn by E. W. Branch dated September 30, 1947 and recorded in the land registration office of the county of Norfolk, Certificate Number 35638, Volume 179 Page 38.

The portion of said property to be excluded from the aforementioned sewer easement contained in Lot 19 begins at a point on the rear property line of said Lot 19, a distance of 70.35 feet southeasterly from the left-rear property corner, and bounded as follows:

Northerly: by land held by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as shown on the aforementioned plan, a distance of sixteen feet,

Northeasterly, a distance of twenty-six feet,

Southeasterly, a distance of fourteen feet,

Southwesterly, along the southwesterly bound of the said sewer easement, a distance of forty feet to the point of the beginning.
