CHAPTER 693 AN ACT PROVIDING AUTHORITY TO THE FIRST JUDGE OF PROBATE IN HAMPDEN COUNTY RELATIVE TO FUNDS HELD IN THE SPRINGFIELD INSTITUTION FOR SAVINGS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law or rule to the contrary, the first judge of probate in the Hampden county probate court is hereby authorized and directed, which authorization and direction shall include any bank depository holding accounts on behalf of said judge of probate, to pay over all funds held in the name of said first judge of probate, for the benefit of Yankle Flazer Berezin in the Springfield Institution for Savings Account #442127 to the Berezin Fund in care of Heritage Academy, 594 Converse Street, in the town of Longmeadow.
