CHAPTER 702 AN ACT EXEMPTING THE MAINTENANCE OF SCHOOL BUILDINGS AS A RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS IN THE CITY OF HOLYOKE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
The first paragraph of section 37 of chapter 438 of the acts of 1896 is hereby amended by striking out clause (b) and inserting in place thereof the following clause:-
(b) of the construction, alteration, repair and care of public buildings excluding all school buildings;.
