CHAPTER 94 AN ACT RELATIVE TO LICENSURE EXAMINATIONS OF THE BOARD OF REGISTRATION IN PODIATRY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
The first paragraph of section 16 of chapter 112 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1986 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the fourth sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- No such applicant shall be registered unless he obtains a passing score as determined by the board.
